From individual toy names and cosmetic shades to new brands, I’ve named 200+ products in my career.

At Mattel, I developed a process around naming—how and when to kick off creative, what is needed in the brief, determining stakeholders and establishing presentation guidelines.

I also facilitated a weekly “namestorm” where 25+ writers gathered to solicit or contribute ideas for upcoming projects.
